It feels so good to be back! Did you miss us?

It was a really tough decision to take week off from blogging and creating, but in my quest to be more relaxed and take life as it comes, I knew it was going to be the best choice for my health and sanity.

Have you ever been so sick that you can’t even think straight? I spent an entire week asleep in my bed, only forcing myself to get up when it was time to make feeble attempts at packing for our move!

Moving took the tiny amounts of energy I had left over. It was hard. But I forgave myself and decided to embrace the process of healing.

This week, I am back with a vengeance and coming at you with a podcast revival!
