Affirmations for Love!

Wifeys & Gentlemen,

I know I’m technically late with my usual Thursday update, but I am just 2 classes away from finishing my Master’s degree and your girl had a final project that was sucking up all of her time!

I don’t know about you guys, but I find myself being really irritable lately. I know we have social distancing and stay-at-home orders to consider; I am here for public safety! But sometimes I wonder if it is more than that. You know? Like something has been really weighing on my spirit and no amount of exercise, baking, or binge watching of TV shows has been able to fix me.

Call me cheesy, but this week I have been relying heavily on my meditation apps for a sense of calm when I am feeling chaotic. More than that, as someone who is still using her 2020 weekly planner (I know, I know), I try to include 3-5 positive affirmations that I call upon for the week (yes, I write them down). Typically, I use one for work, one for love, and the rest for whatever goals or feelings I’d like to sit with during the week.

Today, I thought I’d share some of my favorite love affirmations with you. Whether you’re in a relationship, still looking, or focusing on loving yourself the power of manifesting and speaking love and light into your life is very real. No matter what your end game, I highly recommend bringing positivity and warmth into your existence in whatever way feels good to you.

If You’re Single and Looking:

I am worthy of happiness and love.

I attract the love I desire.

I love myself and allow myself to be loved, fully.

I alone am enough.

I am proud of myself.

My heart is open to love.

I deserve love and physical connection.

I release all doubts and insecurities about myself.

Healing from a Breakup:

I know what is best for me and believe everything happens for a good reason.

I am comfortable being alone.

I forgive myself and my ex for the pain our relationship caused us.

My heart will heal. I am stronger than I know.

The universe is preparing me for a better, safe love in my life.

I am love, loved, and lovable.

I am ready to let go of everything that no longer serves me; I choose to walk in my own happiness.

I release the past and live fully in the present moment. Love is all around me.

For Those Who Have Found Love:

I am in a joyful intimate relationship with a person who truly loves me.

My partner is faithful and emotionally available to me.

I am happy in my relationship and grateful for the love we share.

My partner and I can discuss anything without cruelty or judgement.

I am living the life I deserve with the partner I’ve always wanted.

My partner helps me grow.

My partner makes me feel secure and strong.

I have attracted the best person for me.

Perfect love is established in my life.

My Manifesting Favorites:

I attract only healthy and loving people into my life.

I am attracting unconditional love, abundance, and sacred connections.

Something wonderful is about to happen to me.

I lovingly release anything that is blocking me from my highest good. I allow new, fun experiences to flow into my life.

It is safe for me to love myself.

I am a magnet for all that is good in this world.

I am protected.

I am creating the life I desire, feel of emotional blocks and filled with divine connections.

Do you use affirmations? If so, let me know some of your favorites! I’m happy to share more of the ones I really like if you find these helpful! They bring me a sense of peace and stability and I truly believe that they work if you allow yourself to believe.

What do you do when you feel chaotic or off balance?
