I know I’ve been a bit absent lately, not all the way out, but not all the way in! I wanted to take a moment to update you all on what’s been going on in my life. I’ve been dealing with some personal issues and it’s taken a toll on me. I want to apologize for the delay in getting this video out to you, and I hope you can be patient with me as I continue to be up and down and left and right…figuring shit out…

So, what’s been happening in my life? Well, it’s been a rollercoaster, to say the least. I’ve had some highs and some lows, but I’m trying to stay positive and focus on the good things. I’ve been spending a lot of time with myself and that’s been more helpful than I can even express.

It’s been a great reminder that I am the strongest and baddest bitch that I know. 💪🏾 #NoCap 😂

One of the things I’ve been working on is taking better care of myself. Some days giving my best means doing the bare minimum and allowing myself to be okay with that. Sometimes it means pouring into myself or making time for myself in ways that I’d otherwise neglect.

I’ve been going to therapy and focusing on my mental health. It’s not always easy, but it’s important. I want to make sure that I’m in a good place mentally and emotionally before I dive into the tea I thought I was ready to spill and the new advice I was ready to give!

Another thing I’ve been doing is trying to figure out what I want to do next. I’ve been taking some time to explore my interests and passions, and it’s been really exciting. I’ve been working on some new projects that I can’t wait to share with you all.

So, without further ado, here’s my latest video. It’s a bit of an update on my life and what I’ve been up to. I hope you enjoy it and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
